Mudras Shift Energy and Awareness

I love the simplicity of using Mudras to open, transform and enhance your overall wellbeing. In Sanskrit Mudra means gesture or seal. Mudras are mainly used in a meditation or contemplation practice directing the flow of energy within the body.   How Mudras Work You stimulate different areas when you place your hands in certain […]

Life Detours or Amazing Grace

As none of us came supplied with a game plan, it can be a curious journey each of us undertakes. Happily moving in one direction and then suddenly a gentle nudge or, for the more stubborn, it can be a bumpy ride, setback or eventually an accident which gets our attention.   Topple This doesn’t need […]

Sound Frequency in Healing

The first time I experienced sound healing was on a meditation retreat and I was fascinated by the potency and power of the voice to open vortexes to heal. As I listened there was something primordial about the sounding and it took me deeper and deeper.  I felt an expansiveness in my consciousness; it was a […]

Redefining your Boundaries

Whether our boundaries are blurred, trampled, disregarded, or respected they determine limits. Do we use our boundaries to isolate ourselves or to create connection and relationships? Do we lose ourselves in them? Do we shun love or increase our ability to love? It is really what we do with our boundaries that count. Unhealthy boundaries lead to depression, anxiety, dependency, and illness.
