Fear and anxiety prove lethal to creativity, imagination, and inner knowing.   Fear initiates an automatic shutdown, squeezing everything so tightly that nothing can move.

Obstructions do happen anytime: activated by childhood experiences, old negative beliefs; provoked by current life events resulting in the squelching down of any creative growth.

There can be current or past situations causing distress  resulting in the same outcome:  internal stoppage.  It’s frustrating stuck between something we don’t always understand.

It could be a negative entity, trickster or spirit that has died but has not passed on to the next level. These are parasitic energies looking for a host.
