Combatting Fear… One Step at a Time

Let’s try an experiment. Think of something that scares you. It doesn’t have to be big, it’s not the size of the fear that matters. It’s your reaction or intensity that it produces.   Selection For each of us it will be a different. Remember, things that initially appear the smallest and most insignificant can […]

Transgenerational Brainwashing and Encoding

We live in a world flooded with coercive manipulation as socially accepted persuasions and selling techniques:  whether through spiritual life, corporations, politics, consumer choices or today’s biggest influencer: social media. This gets packaged as helpful tools or self-development techniques to improve the quality of our lives. Frequently we buy into this manipulative, repetitive, fear-based message. […]

Conscious Blessings

Like others on the spiritual path early on I understood we had the ability to give blessings, but it all tended to stay a little vague. Consiousness and Power of Words

Imagine the possibilities if the words you speak and think create your experience? Can you recognise the immense power and unconscious forces existing in your thoughts and words? Grounded and Embodied Living

The first step in taking care of ourselves and our energetic system is to ground.

How? Take responsibility for our vibration (thoughts, feelings and emotions) and tune into a higher vibration to influence the actions, behaviours and choices we make. Higher frequencies give out vibrations of peace, acceptance, creativity, joy and love.

Love, Relationships and How We Connect

Many of us have been a little confused about love. You might have spent your childhood feeling unwanted, unloved or believing you had to perform or achieve in order to deserve love.
We may feel a sense of lack: a hidden belief of not having enough love to give. That belief can foster the delusion of being unlovable, unloved or cut off from love. Or, that there might not be enough to go around for us.

Redefining Boundaries

Whether our boundaries are blurred, trampled, disregarded, or respected they determine limits. Do we use our boundaries to isolate ourselves or to create connection and relationships? Do we lose ourselves in them? Do we shun love or increase our ability to love? It is really what we do with our boundaries that count. Unhealthy boundaries lead to depression, anxiety, dependency, and illness.
